Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://massagetherapistchalmette.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Swedish Massage, Detox Foot Soak, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage provided by Bellas Palms. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Bellas Palms and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Bellas Palms may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Bellas Palms disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellas Palms's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Bellas Palms in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Bellas Palms against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
